Each spring, ACCC organizes NKC for travel to a U.S. city to perform. This annual spring music tour fosters an understanding of the different styles of gospel music and the way it impacts the lives of people in different places. This opportunity is offered to active NKC members and interested adults. Fifth grade and younger can only travel by special permission from the program director. Fund raising opportunities are offered to help individuals finance their trip. In order to offer an affordable price for the trip, we host our annual Showtime Gospel Concert. |

| The SHOWTIME Gospel Music Clinic session begins Feb 3 09 and results with our famous Showtime Gospel concert scheduled this season on April 24, 2009. The clinic is an intense period of rehearsals, performance instruction, prayer, and encouragement. With the help of our wonderful music team, we establish an irresistible environment that demonstrates God’s amazing love and how His Word comes alive in the various different styles of music. We visualize the seeds planted will begin to take root in the hearts of our youth. Showtime originated in 1991 and has developed into a powerful feature of the No! Kidding! Choir program. | The NKC summer gospel music clinic was developed to provide continued experience singing gospel music. This summer particiating youth and adults will sing and perform gospel music at three venues: Pennisula Park Sunday Parkways (June 22), Good-In-The-Hood (June 29), and the Oregon State Fair (Aug 22). Adult singers and musicians are so welcome to join us for this fantastic summer session consisting of 10 rehearsals and 3 performances. What greater joy than to lift up the name of Jesus Christ in song! There is no cost to participate, just your commitment. Make it a family activity for this summer!
